4L has dedicated roustabout professionals utilizing heavy duty, fully-rigged trucks providing all the advanced tools and equipment necessary to complete any oilfield project. Crews are typically deployed in 2-person, 3-person or 4-person crews having onboard the tools needed to complete the job at hand. Safety is at the forefront of 4L’s core values. Every employee undergoes rigorous training to safely manage construction and maintenance operations for our customers.

Our goal is to provide an injury free work environment; free of recognized hazards where people, equipment and the environment are not put at risk to injury or damage.
Clearly, our most valuable resource is our people. Nothing will ever take precedence over the safety of our personnel or the protection of the environment. Therefore, Safety officers are present on all jobsites. 4L is among the “Best of the Best” when it comes to safety. Our record speaks for itself. 4L has established policies and procedures for orientation, substance abuse and the daily conduct of work. All of our employees are required to perform pre-employment drug screens, background checks, safety orientation, operator qualification testing and performance testing. We select only individuals qualified to perform their jobs.
4L provides its customers with a Quality Control/Quality Assurance program that meets or exceeds normal industry standards, and our manual is available to you for review upon your request. Additionally, we are able to be verified through ISNetworld and Veriforce.
